HOS Violation of Log Book Fix By 3 Easy Steps

There are many HOS violations such as 14 hour Shift limit, 11 hour driving limit, 30 minute break required and daily 10 hour off duty required etc.

If the truck drive more than 10 or 15 minutes from the 14 hour shift, the driver can adjust this violation to his on-duty time when he spent time during Pre-trip inspection. This violation can be removed by the Driver App or Fleet Admin.

Drivers exceeding this limit could face penalties, a driver can drive 11 hours in a 24-hour period. This violation will be visible to DOT officer for the next 14 days on log book. If truck drives more then 3 minute from the 11 hour driving limit then officer will not issue any ticket.

Drivers must take a 30-minute break when they have driven for a period of 8 cumulative hours without at least a 30-minute interruption. Driver can select 15 minutes On duty time and 15 minutes Off duty time. It shows that 30 minute break is completed and he/she can start driving.
